4th May - in spite of grey skies, the fourth annual
Cathedral Beer Festival proved to be as popular as
ever...
Fine ales, good food and live music featured on the
menu all day long. Visitors were able to sample ales
from a variety of independent breweries, including
the Marble brewery, Crouch Vale Brewery, Goose Eye,
and North Yorks brewing. Knaresborough-based Roosters
brewery - co-promoters of the event - even produced a
special Wilfrid 1300 commemorative ale for the
festival. As well as live music and a barbecue,
festival goers of all ages enjoyed learning to juggle
or having their face painted. Post your own comment
if you were there...
